This exclusive holiday home undoubtedly has one of the most unique and awe-inspiring views over Roundstone Bay and the 12 Bens Mountains. Rebuilt in 2006, the Quay House is the owner’s former full-time residence and is fitted out to a very high specification with top quality kitchen appliances, high end furniture, oil fired central heating and traditional wooden sash windows.

The property boasts 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (2 king size doubles and a twin) each fitted with crisp white linen and goose down duvets. The 2 doubles have uninterrupted views over the bay. Each bedroom has an iPod docking station and there is a TV with satellite in the main upstairs bedroom.

The downstairs living and kitchen area has an open turf fireplace, solid oak kitchen table and chairs, leather sofas and a fully fitted kitchen. Dolanstown Bungalow

Dolanstown is 8 km west of Roundstone and situated on its own fifteen acres of rocky fields, surrounded by traditional Connemara loose stone walls. The land sweeps down to a large, secluded, sandy beach, usually deserted, which is ideal for swimming, snorkelling, fishing and sand castles. The fields display a profusion of wild flowers in season, while there is an area of cultivated garden around the house with slide and swing for the kids. There are no other houses in the vicinity and Dolanstown is well away from the main road, approached by a long winding boreen. The area is a haven for children to explore.

Dolanstown is a spacious, well maintained bungalow that has fantastic views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. It has been recently renovated and It is centrally located in the village, just metres from all shops, restaurants and pubs. It has three comfortable bedrooms sleeping up to a maximum of six people. The townhouse is also ideal for a couple who may only wish to rent the large en-suite room on the 2nd floor and the kitchen/sitting room on the ground floor.

The townhouse is beautifully appointed, with a fully fitted kitchen and sitting room located on the ground floor. All the comforts of a modern home are included, such as, washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, television, DVD player, radio/stereo and clothes iron. Two flat screen televisions (one wifi enabled).

A large en-suite bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with king size bed and fully fitted wardrobe. The en-suite holds a jacuzzi bath with shower. The top floor has a twin room and a double room sharing a bathroom.

A car parking space is provided for in a small private car park to the rear of the townhouses, additional parking can be arranged with prior notice.

Free wifi is available throughout the house.

No.3 Fuchsia Lane is available to rent all year round. However, during the period between April and September, it is rented on a Saturday to Saturday weekly basis only. Outside of these months it is available to rent on a weekend or weekday basis, with a minimum stay of two nights.

Murvey Bay View is a much loved and very well equipped holiday home. It is modern, architecturally designed and superbly positioned with exceptional views over the Atlantic Ocean to the Arran Islands. Located just over 7 miles west of Roundstone, the house is only a few hundred meters from the beautiful Dolan Beach, which is safe for swimming and is usually deserted. Dogs Bay and Gurteen Bay are also only a short drive away.

The house comfortably sleeps 9 adults in 5 bedrooms, but could easily accommodate up to 12 or 14.

Living room with solid fuel stove, 60” flat-screen TV, Sky TV, DVD player, stereo, fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Large hallway with adjoining WC, leads to dining area that comfortably seats 10. Well equipped kitchen with Stanley Range, electric hob, dishwasher and all mod-cons. Utility Room has separate gas cooker, washing machine, dryer, large fridge, separate freezer.

Upstairs 2 large double rooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, a third double bedroom and a single room. There is also a bathroom with shower. Large converted garage/playroom sleeps 6 easily (more if needed) in a combination of bunks and double beds and is ideal for kids and teenagers. This room has en-suite WC and huge shower area for washing out wetsuits and sand off kids.

The Quay House

With a waterside location in Roundstone Village, The Quay House has one of the finest views in Ireland. Overlooking Roundstone Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, located just off the main street, yet in the heart of the village, there is simply no better place in Connemara to spend your holiday.

There are double glazed windows in all the bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances including a washing machine and a dishwasher.

For a delicious dinner you can buy lobsters, crabs and a multitude of fish from the fishermen as they dock in front of the house on the harbour wall. Alternatively you can grab a bite to eat in one of the local pubs or restaurants, all within a short stroll of the house.
