The Townhouse is also ideal for a couple who may only wish to rent the large ensuite room on the 2nd floor and the kitchen/Sitting room on the ground floor.

No.3 Fuschia Lane is available to rent all year round. However during the period of April to September it is rented on a Saturday to Saturday weekly basis only. Outside of these months it is available to rent on a weekend or weekday basis with a minimum stay of two nights.
